I’m Rowan, the coach behind this program. I wasn’t always a coach tho. My rock bottom looked like this, 117kg drug addict who had completely lost control of his life. By 2016, I was broken physically, mentally, and spiritually. I was unhealthy, ashamed, and trapped in habits that were destroying me. I was on the verge of losing my family and my life. Every day felt like a battle between the man I wanted to be and the man I kept slipping back into.

I went into treatment because I knew if I didn’t change, I wouldn’t recognise the person staring back at me much longer. Recovery wasn’t easy. It was slow, painful, humbling work, day by day, habit by habit, rep by rep. But I stayed with it. I got sober. I rebuilt my body. I rebuilt my confidence. I rebuilt my identity.

Today, I’m over 110 lbs lighter. I’m clean, I’m sober, I’m fit, and I show up as a man my family loves and a man I’m finally proud of. My past isn’t something I hide. It’s the reason I can guide men who feel lost, ashamed, or stuck in the same cycles I once lived in. I know what it’s like to doubt yourself, to feel unworthy, to think change is impossible. But I also know this: if I could turn my life around, you can too. And I’m here to walk that road with you.
